IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway Ltd. is an SPV that is managing the BOT asset, Hapur – Moradabad Section of NH 24 (New NH-9) Project in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

The concession period of the Project is 22 years.

The project starts from Hapur bypass in the district of Hapur and ends at Moradabad district passes through the districts of Hapur, Amroha and Moradabad of U.P. The project road traverses through the villages/towns like Hapur, Babugarh, Garhmuktesar, Kuchesar road, Simbhaoli, Bihuni, Gajraula, Rajabpur, Joya, Sheonali, Neeli kheri, Buhanpur and Paikbara.

The Hapur – Moradabd NH 24 (New NH-9) Project is part of the one of the high-density traffic corridor in Northern India, which caters to mix traffic, including passenger and commercial vehicles which travels long distance.
