Udaipur Tollway Ltd. is an SPV that is managing the BOT asset, Udaipur to Rajasthan/Gujarat border section of NH-8 in the State of Rajasthan. The project is part of India’s prestigious and ambitious Golden Quadrilateral Project.

The concession period of the Project is 21 years.

NH 8 is one of the busiest highways in the subcontinent as it connects the national capital Delhi to the financial capital Mumbai, and other major cities along the way, including Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat.
