Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar, is a Chairman & Non-Independent Director of the Investment Manager. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Shriram Polytechnic, Navi Mumbai. Mr. Mhaiskar has over 30 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. He joined the IRB group in June 1990 and is responsible for leading and directing the IRB group\u2019s strategy in BOT and funded projects.<\/span><\/p>\n Date of appointment: 26\/02\/2020<\/p>\n <\/div> Mr. Nitish Hemdani is a Senior Vice Present in the Infrastructure Team at GIC, Singapore. He joined GIC’s London office in 2016 covering European infrastructure market before relocating to Singapore in 2021 to cover Asia. Prior to joining GIC, Nitish was working at HSBC’s Capital Goods Advisory team, where he was responsible for origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions. Nitish holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Economics from Colby College, USA.<\/p>\n Date of appointment: 01\/04\/2026<\/p>\n <\/div> Mr. Aryan Mhaiskar is a Non-Independent Director of the Investment Manager. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree of science in economics and finance. He is associated with Avener Capital as a senior analyst. He was a management intern with IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited. Presently, he is associated with ADVent Partners LLP as a designated partner. He is a FIDE-rated international chess player and provides chess coaching to underprivileged children. He is also involved in animal welfare initiatives.<\/p>\n Date of appointment: 31\/05\/2023<\/p>\n <\/div> Mr. V\u00edctor Carretero is a Non-Independent Director of the Investment Manager. He is currently the Head of Business Development \u2013 Global M&A at Cintra. With more than 12 years of experience in the infrastructure investment industry, V\u00edctor has closed about 16 transactions worth more than 2 bn$ across multiple sectors (transport, renewable energy and water). He joined Cintra in 2015 and has since occupied different positions such as Project Manager, Project Manager (USA) and Asset Management Director India. Prior to Cintra, V\u00edctor worked in Ferrovial Agroman and Element Power. V\u00edctor holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid and an MBA from IESE Business School.<\/p>\n Date of appointment: 30\/10\/2024<\/p>\n <\/div> Mr. K G Krishnamurthy is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager & Chairman of Audit Committee. He was the Managing Director and CEO of HDFC Property Ventures Limited. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He was associated with Housing Development Finance Corporation (\u201cHDFC<\/strong>\u201d) for more than two decades and held various leadership positions during his tenure with HDFC. He was also deputed to HDFC Venture Capital Limited (a subsidiary of HDFC) as Managing Director and CEO in the year 2005.<\/p>\n Date of appointment: 26\/02\/2020<\/p>\n <\/div> Mrs. Ranjana Paranjape is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager. She holds Master\u2019s Degree in Commerce, Diploma in Financial Management and CAIIB. She held various leadership positions during her tenure with IDBI Bank and retired as Chief General Manager. She has diversified experience of more than 38 years in the entire spectrum of Corporate Banking (Infrastructure, Large Corporate, Mid-corporate, MSME Financing\/ NPA Management and Credit Risk).<\/p>\n Date of appointment: 26\/02\/2020<\/p>\n <\/div> Mr. Nagendraa Parekh is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager. He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by professional qualification having more than 36 years of varied experiences. He retired as an executive director of the SEBI in October 2022. He played a key role in in development and regulation of securities and commodities markets. He was instrumental in introduction of equity derivatives markets, T+2 Rolling settlements and derivatives risk management system. He was exposed to many other departments including regulation of intermediaries like brokers, depository participants, credit ratings agencies, debenture trustees etc, and also worked extensively for Investor education and protection. He was also instrumental in introduction of pledge-repledge system to deposit client\u2019s margin in form of securities and resolution of defaults by Brokers. He was appointed as a Member of the Forward Market Commission during July 2012 to September 2015. He has also represented SEBI on various committees, international forums and on councils of exchanges and clearing corporations.<\/p>\n Date of appointment: 31\/05\/2023<\/p>\n <\/div> Ms. Rajni Sekhri Sibal is an Independent Director of the Investment Manager. She is a retired Indian Administrative Service Government Officer of the Haryana Cadre and the first lady to top the Civil Services Examination in 1986. During her tenure she held various roles in State Government of Haryana and Government of India like Secretary to the Ministry of Fisheries, Secretary Ministry of Fisheries, Additional Secretary Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Skill Development, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana and Deputy Director at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration.
